Does medicine like DayQuil and NightQuil increase your blood pressure?
If so, how long does that effect last after you stop taking it?

the drug is in your system. I have controlled blood pressure and I take NOTHING in the way of cold medicines, except the one specifically made for people with high blood pressure -- but only when I'm totally miserable. If you have hight blood pressure, controlled or uncontrolled, I'd suggest avoiding all that shit like the plague.

There's no need for you to chug NyQuil during this evening's festivities.
Skateboarding is a crime.
